We worked with community arts organisation Big hART to produce this Lucky Learnings box which showcases five of their past projects, Drive, Radio Holiday, Lucky, Love Zombies & This Is Living. The box needed to have a cohesive design approach that could accommodate all of the styles of the varied projects and include all the necessary elements – a zine, cds & dvds, a manual (in this case a pack of cards) and a booklet over-viewing the projects.
With the Big hART team we decided to approach the packaging like a board game to highlight the playful nature of the Big hART process, including an actual game that can be played to learn more about the nature of community arts projects and a large collage puzzle that can be formed using the back of the manual cards.
